Artist crochets all 151 Pokémon and they. look. incredible. Chloe, the knitter behind the crochet.creatives Instagram page is now working on Gen2 Pokémon.
SEGA is releasing a Pokémon PC to teach Japanese kids core computer skills. The device includes 11 different games which teach kids to type, edit images, use spreadsheets, and more by interacting with Pokémon.

Pokémon animal crackers launching in Japan later this month. Another week, another Pokémon okashi hits the Japanese market. This time it’s a collection of Pokémon-shaped crackers that come in lightly-salted or vegetable flavors.
[THROWBACK] In 1999 a man gave up on $500,000 because he didn’t know the answer to a Pokémon question on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire. He still left with $250,000, but it goes to show, it’s worthwhile knowing your Pokés.
Pokémon Tournament in South Korea canceled after all 4 finalists protest using metronome. The tournament organizers canceled the final after seeing the finalists’ teams consisted of Pokémon that only knew the move metronome. The finalists were protesting the way tournaments are organized and run in Asia.

Hold on to your breath Pokéfans because it is about to be taken away.
Earlier this month we were treated to a first look at the new Pokémon Trading Card Game booster packs, Pokémon 151, which focus on the first 151 Pokémon. The new collection features cards with what the internet is calling the best Pokémon card art yet. Pictures are worth a thousand words, as they say, so check out some examples below:
The booster packs will be released on the 16th of June in Japan and then in overseas markets in September of this year.

🧸 Merch Alert - Summer of ghosts
Fans of ghost-type Pokémon have a treat in store this summer. The Pokémon Center Japan is releasing a spooktacular range of ghost-type Pokémon-themed goods from June 24th.
The lineup includes t-shirts, glasses, keychain plushies, and a Shedinja aroma diffuser.
